Digital patterns purchased from our shop can be found on your account’s Downloads page.
Our downloadable patterns are delivered as a ZIP file containing multiple PDFs. These are standard PDF files that can be opened in any PDF viewer, such as Preview on Mac OS X or Adobe Reader.
In some rare cases some versions of Windows 7 may need a third party application to open the file; in this case we recommend using WinZip.
While we do not use DRM on our digital files, each one is personalized with your name and email address as a gentle reminder that they should not be distributed. Thanks for understanding.
If you have trouble downloading your file, please contact us with the following information:
- Your order number (can be found in your email receipt)
- Your web browser and version (eg, Safari 5; Internet Explorer 9)
- Your operating system and version (eg, Mac OS X 10.7, Windows 7, etc)
- A detailed description of what happens and the exact text of any error messages you receive.
